Aerial Fabrics

Often called “tissu,” aerial silks and aerial sling both utilize colorful fabrics hung from the ceiling; silks having two separate fabric tails and sling being connected in the middle, to create a hammock at the bottom. In these disciplines, you will learn to climb, wrap, invert, and drop, creating beautiful and seemingly effortless shapes in the air. It's a full-body workout that combines artistry with athletics, building incredible upper body and core strength, deep core stability, flexibility, and body awareness.
